The Occult Hierarchy of Crime

Okokokok - dramatic title to tell you I've rearranged the order of the occult wanted table to make more sense to me. 

I knew something was wrong with it upon release and it took a few sleeps for me to figure out what that was.

There still might be fiddling to be done, but unless I get a really strong urge I'm going to try to leave this alone to work on what's next.
